Three ways to work together.

Start where you are. Each engagement has a defined scope, a clear outcome, and a way to end.

Typically two to four weeks

AI engineering assessment

For leaders who know AI matters, but can't tell what has actually changed.

An honest read of your delivery foundations and where your team really is with AI, including risk, security, and data privacy, with a 90-day plan for what to change first.

About the assessment

Typically one to two weeks

Technology decision review

For one big call that needs a second opinion before you commit.

An independent look at one decision, such as an AI platform or vendor, a rebuild, or a key hire, with a clear recommendation and the reasoning behind it.

About the review

How the change sticks

  1. See it honestly

Measure how work flows today, who uses AI well, and where it gets in the way.

  2. Prove it in one team

Change the workflow end to end in one team, on real work, before asking everyone to follow.

  3. Set the standards

Turn what worked into shared practice: review, testing, guardrails, and what's safe to ship.

  4. Spread it and keep improving

Roll it out team by team, set goals and track outcomes, and help your managers lead the work themselves.

How we start

We begin with a conversation about your team and what you're trying to change. There's no charge for it.

Then I send a short written proposal with the scope, timing, and fee. Reviews and assessments are quoted as a fixed fee once the scope is clear. Where the environment is complex, we start with a short paid discovery so the estimate is sound. Fractional work is a monthly retainer for the days we agree.

I'm based in Halifax, Nova Scotia, and work remotely with teams wherever they are.

Where is your team with AI?

A short note about your team and what you're trying to change is enough to start.
